Appellants Gene and Dorothy E. Cranston (Cranstons) appeal from the trial court's orders dismissing their complaint against the Weston County Weed and Pest Board (WCWPB) and dismissing their amended complaint against the Weston County Board of Commissioners (Commissioners).
